We are starting with a focus on the cyber security profession - allowing people to map their skills to standards in order to provide career visibility, generating personal web pages with analytics of skills, and automating the process of updating your abilities. We integrate with LinkedIn and training providers (being added on demand) to remove the pain of constantly updating your skills and abilities on outdated resumes. Instead of being trapped in a broken system that limits what you can describe, forces keywords, Applicant Tracking System dysfunction - use MakeTracks to take back control and let the world discover you.
2) For Companies: MakeTracks is your "realtime people readiness" dashboard. Specify the best practices for your security teams and see recommendations for individuals who will make the best team.
